This listing is for an Old Vintage 19th Century English Victorian Green Cut to Clear Glass Handle and Sterling Silver Small 5.75" (14.4 cm) Long Serving Spoon.  It is marked "STERLING" in bowl of spoon (photo 9).  Also has British hallmarks in bowl on other side: "B & F", Lion, "X", Anchor (photos 10-12).  I believe these are Birmingham marks and the "X" dates it to c. 1897.  The B & F could either be Betts & Fairfax or Bishton & Fletcher of Birmingham.  The glass was most likely made by Stevens & Williams or Thomas Webb.  The handle is green cased glass cut to clear with a floral cutting.  Silver has an ornate raised decoration of flowers and scrolls.

It is in excellent condition overall with no chips, cracks, splits, breaks, or repairs.  Glass is perfect.  No damage to actual silver.  It looks to have had a silver gilt / gold wash, but is mostly worn.  Tarnish in deep areas.  Otherwise clean and shiny.  Please view photos carefully as they are my main description.  *(White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item).

It is very fragile and will be securely packaged.  It weighs 1.2 regular ounces on my postal scale.

It measures 5 11/16" (14.4 cm) long and 1 9/16" (4 cm) at widest part.
