This is a relatively old caravan. It is light, stable and easily towed. We used it for our summer holiday last year with no problems but used bottled water as I have never known how to connect the water up! The caravan is useable but needs attention for regular holidaymakers! Comes with working fridge and cooker. Chemical toilet. The to do list; The door needs attention but is still useable. It was like this when we went on holiday last year you just have to close it firmly for the catch to engage!!  The skylight in the bathroom is broken and has a piece of clear perspex on it to stop water coming in! The internal window liner is broken (but this does not leak) I have never tried to use the heating but I was told it works perfectly OK (like the water I have never known how to work it so just didn't worry about it!)  Happy bidding.
