Although there is no intentional misleading information in our listings, there may be a mistake or something missed occasionally due to human error.  Please understand. Since these are mostly used collectable lamps, we cannot guarantee they came from a pet free non-smoking home. That being said, we do our best clean all lamps for you prior to packaging

SHIPPING

We are dedicated to our service for you! We ship all items within 24 hours of payment Monday-Friday.We ship worldwide via eBay?s system. Shipping will include standard delivery confirmation and tracking number.  If for any reason there is an issue with your order we will contact you right away.Our photos are part of the description. Please review prior to purchase.

RETURNS

NO Returns on Wax and Chemical products. 30 days return and exchange is offered on all other items. The return postage fee would be at buyer's costs. Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days. Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item. We reserve the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received. Buyer assumes all responsibility if damaged in shipping due to mishandling.

We purchase special boxes, spend extra money on packing materials, and go out of the way to pack your purchase to withstand the rigors of shipping. There is nothing sadder than to have your beloved purchase arrived demolished because some incompetent person did not pack it properly.

Although our lamps are shipped with light bulbs we cannot guarantee the delicate filament will work upon arrival.  As hard as we try to make sure the lamps are sent and maintained in their proper upright position with arrow labels on all sides of the boxes and shipping label on top, we can NOT be held responsible for lamps that arrive cloudy due to shipping mishandling.
