Beautiful  interesting Chinese enamel and metal shrine - vintage/antique? I don't know the age - has signs of wear - the enamel is damaged in a few places around the edge of the opening, one of the dragon heads is missing at the front left side, the other dragon head is loose front right side. All of this is shown in the photos so please look carefully. The detail in the cast pieces is lovely - looks good to me. The castings are the dragon heads, the dancing/fighting dragons on the roof and the lion heads on both sides. The balls under each of the enamelled corner posts, and the one on top of the roof are stone - possibly an agate. The main structure is sturdy and the base metal has a silvery gold look and is quite tarnished where it's bare- could be a lower than sterling grade of silver? There are makers marks on the base. It's quite heavy for the size - 22 cms high, 16 cms wide, 9 cms deep. I don't have expert knowledge of this type of item but please ask if you have any questions regarding the condition or the colours etc.
