For Mainland UK Deliveries (Including Northern Ireland): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days after cleared payment has been received. If you require faster delivery please select express postage at the checkout.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number we provide you on Hermes website . All deliveries are sent tracked Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.
For Off Shore / International Deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days in European Union (often quicker) and 7-10 days outside.
All International deliveries are sent via DHL.
Returns
Need to return? Not a problem. Please use the free Collect+ label at the bottom right corner of your packing note to return your item/s via any Collect+ store with full tracking. Your nearest store can be found by going to www.collectplus.co.uk and entering your postcode.

*Please note, where the return is through no fault of Chums, a nominal restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of the item. The standard restocking fee is £2, but this will vary according to the condition or nature of the returned item/s*
