Terms and Conditions of Sale (Please Read)

This auction is an auction where bidders are expected to read all terms carefully before bidding, including all auction notices, disclaimers, and restrictions on returns. By bidding, you agree to these terms. All bids are final.

    Your bid / accepted offer is a contract - Place a bid or an offer only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  I will not cancel winning bids or accepted offers.

·    Please ask questions BEFORE bidding.

Payment is required within 3 days.    If payment is not received within 3 days a non-payment file will be opened with E-bay.

·     I am not a professional.  I try to describe the item to the best of my ability to include any obvious imperfections.  Photos are part of the description.

·    Seller does not accept returns.

·    I only accept Managed payments through eBay.

·    All items are shipped via USPS mail within 3 business days after receiving payment.  I reserve the right to use another carrier if it makes business sense.   I do my best to enter the weight and size of the package so that accurate shipping costs are calculated.

·    Please respect my best efforts and be fair in working out any issues with me. I never want to take advantage of a buyer.

·    Handling fee applies to shipping supplies and/or insurance.

·    I will combine shipping if possible.  Please notify me before you pay if you buy multiple items. 

If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact me asap to determine if there was insurance.    See below:

Proof of Damage (Per the Post Office)

Take Photos that clearly show the extent of damage and the packaging.    If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. ****Please do not reship the package.
