Antique French Christofle Spatour” All Silver Plated Knives, 12 pcs


These twelve antique French Christofle all silverplated knives are designed in the “Spatour” pattern created in 1862 and inspired by the 18th century. Each piece is marked with the maker’s marks of the famous Maison Christofle in Paris. 

The silverplated handles bear the name “Christofle” written in block letters within a rectangle as well as the maker’s mark composed of the initials “C.C.” (Charles Christofle) surrounding the image of a scale and a bee surmounted by two stars. The silverplated blades are engraved “Christofle à Paris”.

This set is offered in its original case, stamped “Christofle & Cie. Manufacture d’Orfèvrerie à Paris” along with the maker’s mark consisting of the initials “C.C.” (Charles Christofle) surrounding the image of a scale and a bee surmounted by four stars.

These knives are in very good condition with the exception of faint scratches and tiny dents due to age and use. The case shows signs of wear. This elegant set will be a prestigious addition to your table setting or your collection. Please refer to the detailed photos on this page.

Items in Paris, France, are sent by registered mail via the French Post Office.

No questions asked return policy. Items must be returned in 14 business days. Item must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and packed, shipped, and insured in the same manner. Buyer pays return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
