It has a protected designation of origin (PDO) certification from the region of North Mylopotamos. It is also certified as organic olive oil. Low acidity cold extraction olive oil. It comes from Koroneiki variety olives cultivated in the North part of the island  of Crete facing the Aegean sea. Produced only with mechanical means. It has mild taste full of aromas, pure high quality extra virgin olive oil.
