HOW AND WHEN TO USE BETA FUEL DUAL SOURCE ENERGY CHEWS

Each chew bar contains 46 grams of carbohydrate. Depending on your sport or event, you should aim to consume 1-3 chew bars every hour during exertion to reach an 80g-120g target intake. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more. Simply tear open and remove the chew bars from the packet. They can be consumed as a bar or broken into individual chews, which each chew containing approximately 7 grams of carbohydrate.

Where is my order? You will receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering and then an SMS from Evri when your order is out for delivery, usually 1-3 days after ordering. Customers will receive details of their expected delivery date from Evri via email. How much does delivery cost? Free delivery to the UK Mainland. Which couriers do you use? We use Evri on all orders. How long does delivery take? Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 days from despatch. Can I change my order details after it has been placed? Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders soon after they have been made. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details or payment methods.
