Vintage Holiday Fair Lulu Belle Plush by Hedaya Co 1965 Made in Japan
Doll has original hang tag on her arm. I'm not sure if the plastic she's in is original to the doll or not. Plastic wrap has a larger hole in it on the right side.
I'm not sure if the doll outfit comes off or not but it doesn't look like it does.
