New with tags  This is a new item that still has the retail tags attached, has not been worn or used and is in its original unflawed retail condition.

STORAGE

All items are stored in a smoke-free and extremely pet-friendly work site.

Some items that we sell are purchased from other sources, and it is not possible to know the conditions under which they were stored at another location.   We use good judgment and never purchase soiled, stained, or odor-damaged items for re-sale.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We combine shipping for multiple purchases made and paid for before midnight EST on the same day.  (9 PM on the west coast)  To take advantage of this, proceed with purchasing your items, but do not pay for them.  Let us know when you have finished shopping, and we will send you an invoice that includes your reduced shipping charge. 

If you make a mistake and have already paid for the items individually or you change your mind and want to purchase another item (on the same day), we will still combine the shipping for you.  In this case, we will refund the shipping overpayment to you instead of sending you an invoice.

We package carefully and ship items promptly - always within 1 business day of your payment being received -  and we provide confirmation and tracking numbers so you can see the progress of your package as it travels on its way to you.

If for some reason we miss something or make a mistake, please just contact us by e-mail and we will make it right.  Despite our best efforts, sometimes we just miss it and we really don't want you to be stuck with a mistake.
