ACEOs are always 2.5x3.5 inches. Suggestion(s): frame in 'wallet' size frames, or collect in Trading Card albums and sleeves (acid free) - 9 per page.
Purchased: 2005. Stored in acid-free storage since purchase. "As new", condition.

I believe Ron to be living in the USA at time of purchase (2005).

A pioneer artist of the 1,000s of pioneer artists that made up the phenomenon in selling collectable artworks in this diminutive size online, that continues today, due to their appeal for collectors of art - affordable and so unique.

Such a well-done character/cartoon.
