1922 Mexico Un Peso .720 Silver Scarce Date

I have included several pictures of the coin in different lighting, with different backgrounds and at different angles.

This coin is lightly circulated but is in great condition. In my opinion it is in XF or higher condition. 

The coin has hairlines on the obverse so it's possible it was cleaned at one point, but i can not confirm this.

It also has a environmental damage spot on the reverse.
