Medium short jumper. Navy blue with multicoloured tassels and gems

Absolutely beautiful jumper I love it

It’s always been abit tight for me so I have never worn it I got this of eBay please see pic as one side appears to have come away the seller never told me this I mean it might be just the design but it’s abit random I am just been honest. But someone clever could easily stitch that up it’s right on the seem.
