This Item was New Open Box, Never played with. The decal sheet was crumbled up so I made the executive decision to put them on rather than send it crumpled up.  The breakaway pieces are still in the package. The only thing missing is (1) Connector out of the (8) it's supposed to come with. I don't think one less connector will noticeably affect play.
