Jerry Garcia Fans !!!  This was an Unbelievable ! & down-right Monumental !! run of Garcia Shows for both !! the Jerry Garcia Band ! & ( short-lived ( 1987 ) ) Jerry Garcia ' Acoustic ' Band !!  If there was only such thing as a Time-Machine & Thirteen ( 13 ) " Lucky " & Magical Tickets would appear -- I'd be there in a flash ... for All of it !  Heck, we all would, right ?  Many of you were indeed the lucky-ones who made it to a night, nights, or maybe the whole darn kit & caboodle - all 13 !!!  This Halloween ! Show was arguably the best performance through & through of all the Evening & Matinee Shows, and the best part is that we are talking about Jerry & his Pals really playing Four ( 4 ) Concerts in one ( 1 ) day !!?!  A " Matinee-Acoustic " Show, then a " Matinee-Electric " Show -- then an " Evening-Acoustic " Show, then an " Evening-Electric " Show ... all in one-day, and this particular-day happening to be " Halloween 1987 !!! - in New York City on Broadway !!!!! ".  Thank You Bill ! ... right?   A way-big Cheers to the one & only Bill Graham for this Event of Events !  Jerry even says it himself & mixes his gracious " Thanks ! " with alternate lyrics during the performances : " I saw Bill Graham drinkin' a pina~colada in Trader Vic's and his hair was Perfect ! " - or : " Werewolves of Broadway " - or even : " I saw Steve Parish walkin' with the Queen & he was doin' the Werewolves of London ! ".  I mean how incredibly awesome !?!  This was a run to behold & this Four ( 4 ) CD Set captures every-single-note of All-Four ( 4 ) of these " Halloween 1987 " Shows.  To me, this is one of the Most-Crucial - Incredible - Important & Enjoyable ! Jerry Garcia releases we have ever seen professionally released in the digital era.  Enjoy !!!!!
