Phone is in great condition and functions flawlessly.

We believe this phone is unlocked - all online tutorials for checking unload status (MEPD on the SIM card menu) show disabled across the whole thing and INACTIVE in the carrier portion (apparently if it was still locked, it would say ACTIVE - as you can see in the screen it is inactive).

Phone is being sold as-is, which means no guarantees it will work on any current high speed carrier (it probably won't due to current carriers only supporting certain hardware (read:  current phones).  If you can get it working, great, but we are not providing any guarantees.
