Note: We have found many times a product may be suspected to be "defective or broken" or an item to be "not as described" when the actual reason that the component is not working for them is because it is "not compatible" with the unit or "not an exact match" for the part they are replacing. Very Important Note:

1.   If you are returning the part. You need to provide us all your voltage measurement input and output, proper troubleshooting the problem (on video), signal analysis for any equipment you are using. Without this, we will not issue a refund?

2.     The part you are buying is also a part of the whole section of TV. If your other part is defective. The part you are buying will not work. In this case we will not accept RETURN.

3.     The part you are buying must be replaced by certified or professional electronics technician. Who has knowledge to read schematic diagram, measuring voltage and current, calibration, downloading and uploading the software of the TV, adjustment on the voltage and current if necessary, and know how to do final test of the TV using manufacturer code.

4.     The defective part you have  must be match of all the problem stated below

Power Board or Power supply

1.     Input fuse is bad , No output of 5 volts or 3.5 volts supplying to main board, No 12 volts, 16 volts or 24 volts return, No high voltage from secondary, Overloading current, bad power controller, bad temperature controller, Burn components on the board.

Main Controller Board

1.     No return voltage 5 v or 12 v to power supply, no output voltage going to T-con, No response on remote, No controller Power volume or channel, no controller on LCD inverter , y board , x board and controller board, bad graphics display, no HDMI output or video, intermittent power issue, no response on remote, no sound, no network.

T-Con

1.     Bad Fuse, No output signal voltage 1.3- 18 volts going to buffer, white screen, bad cluster picture, half screen is bad, bad image.

Y  X Z Boards

1.     Shorted Line on VA, VC, VS, No output voltage, Trip the power supply, No image on the panel, keep blowing the fuse, keep resetting the relay of power supply, burn board.

Other not mentioned on the above, professional technician must be identified the problem and the root of the problem.
