This enclosure is being sold as-is.

I took the bottom off and touched the fan while it was moving - that then took 2 capacitors off. Lesson learned. One capacitor has its 2 legs still, one is with a very short leg. I only see where the one capacitor is missing from on the board. They could be soldered back on, and this enclosure could possibly work again.
