On offer is this charming vintage ~Service Station~ ornament produced by Hallmark in 2001.

This free-standing ornament is the 18th in the Nostalgic Houses and Shops series, and was designed by Don Palmiter.

This ornament features a detailed view of the outside and inside of a period gas station.

The attention to detail is wonderful both outside and inside the building.  Inside there is checker board game set up, an ice box, an old heater and a cash register.  Outside there are gas pumps, tires and a sign saying Free Road Maps..

This piece can be used as an ornament, but because it is free-standing, it can be used year round as a shelf/cabinet display piece.

This would be a great addition to a Hallmark collection, and is great for creating vintage village scenes.
