Comes with the case and console shown in the pictures. No games or batteries included. I recommend getting high quality rechargeable AA batteries. "Ikea Ladda 2450 mAh" and "Eneloop" are good options. 

Screen features:

• Laminated glass - never have to worry about dust getting under the glass and on the screen. The screen sits up against the glass and perfectly flush with the shell
• 15 levels of brightness
• 4 different scanline modes - ranging from smooth modern look to heavy scanline retro
• 4 different color modes - Black and white, green like DMG gameboy, original colors and enhanced original colors.
• FRM setting - "Frame Blending" is a feature that will fix games that appear to flicker on modern screens.
