This is a high quality UK made door with exact pressings as per original manufactured by SP Panels who specialise in quality galvanized doors. These are not made using crude pressings in the back of someone’s shed, these are the best you can get. 

The frame is hot dipped galvanised and the zinc plated steel skin is marine bonded to the frame to prevent corrosion through the two surfaces rubbing together. This also stops the drumming effect & makes the door feel a lot stronger & tighter all around.

The galv steel skin is 1mm thick and adds a lot of extra strength to the overall door and is one of the best quality doors on the market. This is strong enough to take the weight of the spare wheel without breaking up after a few years like the weak original type!

Being a premium part the door comes with all the holes and welded in nuts already in the frame so everything from your old door will just swap straight over without modification. Wheel carrier holes can be drilled if required.
