The integrated grinding technology always grinds the beans fresh. Grinding level can be adjusted according to taste. The conical steel grinders are calibrated for 100% accuracy.
Two independent heating systems for ideal temperature control: One thermoblock dedicated to coffee brewing and one heating system dedicated to milk preparation, both work simultaneously.
De'Longhi tubeless system reduces the amount of coffee powder left inside the grinder to a minimum so only newly ground coffee is used to brew your espresso.
For optimal hygiene, the carafe comes with an integrated clean function: after beverage preparation, all parts in contact with milk are automatically washed with hot water and steam.

At TotalSeven, prompt delivery is essential for customer satisfaction. Our goal is to ship all orders placed on a working day before 12pm (Monday – Friday) on the same day. Orders received after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on the next working day, excluding public holidays.
Unwanted Goods
If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure the goods are unopened are returned in their original packaging. The cost you will incur is the postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out. Please contact us for return instructions.
Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods
We aim to maintain high quality products, however if you do receive a product that is wrong, faulty or damaged please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.
Items ordered in error
If an order is placed in error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily exchange the product for the correct product and refund the difference where applicable. Please note you may incur additional shipping costs in some circumstances.
Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel the order, we require you to contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared for shipment. You may incur a postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out.

When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the registered address on your eBay account, please make sure the address is correct prior to ordering.
