This was released in 2015 and Retired in 2017.  It is in great condition, comes from smoke free home and includes all pieces and minifigs.  As shown in the pictures the instructions are also included.  
Note the level of detail in the small forklifts, planes, vehicles, etc.  This set is a super fun build and will look great in your collection.
