The game is in pre-owned but good condition with signs of wear. In particular. There are a few scratches and dirt on the outside of the cartridge that may not be immediately noticeable. Also included is a holder for the cartridge. See pictures for details.

Please note, although this game has not recently been tested, but the interior appears to be in excellent condition and is expected to be in good working order.
