Once payment is confirmed, your watch will be dispatched with full insurance coverage, and a signature will be required for delivery to ensure the safety of your purchase.
RETURNS

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Our in-house watch experts will thoroughly inspect all returned items before processing any refunds. Exchanges or refunds will be granted for unworn, undamaged watches with the non-removable tag still attached. To maintain the integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns for personalized, engraved, sized, damaged, or worn watches. A 10% restocking fee may be charged for missing accessories or if the watch is damaged or worn. International customers may also return their purchase, however, any shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes will be the buyer's responsibility.
