A fine companion to Biscot Church and schools card on here, the Mill was up and running in 1711. It burnt down in 1841 and was rebuilt in 1844. This rather self-conscious 'poser' for want of a better term would, I guess, be somewhere in the early 1900's. This was of course a time when Biscot was surrounded (conveniently) by cornfields. Now , the Mill demolished in 1938, just before WW2, the area is houses and a large public house named after the Mill.

Thank you for looking 🙂
