Antique Vintage Original Oil Painting -Impressionist Pastoral Forest /w Cow

Fine times here in the forest, some livestock resting in the shade of big boulders and trees.

There is lots of movement in the leaves and branches with a slight haze throughout which brings out a windy day.

Unsure about artist, no sign of signature 

12 1/4" X 15 1/2" including frame

11 3/8" X 9 3/8" picture shown

Excellent Condition: As found, There are some missing places to the detail on the frame which have been somewhat tended to as well as a few other chips and bumps. Painting surface has slight waviness. Minor dust. Looks great as is to me, ready to hang.
