On offer is this LIONEL Union Pacific Streamliner Buffet Coach made for Hallmark in 2010.

This  ornament and the box are in excellent condition.  The ornament is made of metal.

The wheels on this ornament move and the attention to detail is wonderful.

This would be an excellent addition to a Hallmark collection, especially for train buffs.  It can be used as an ornament, but because it is free-standing, it could be used year round as a tabletop/shelf display piece.
