1) we can not accept any return if you tried/used/installed/damaged parts.

2) Brand new part can not be returned if you open its bag or box.

3)No labor warranty is provided. We will not refund any installation/removal fees you may have paid.

4) If you want to return at your own reason (don't need it, does not fit, changed mind), you need to pay return shipping, and original S&H fee is NON refundable. If you want to return because of our mistake, we will pay return shipping fee and give you a full refund as soon as we receive the part.

5) If shipping company returns a package due to buyer's mistake (buyer didn't update new shipping address or wrong address), you will need to pay S&H fee again to receive the product.
