Although the pack did not come with a rain cover, I purchased a used Granite Gear large ripstop pack cover separately. It will come with this pack. The rain cover came to me with a few abrasions that I have addressed with tent repair tape (see accompanying photo). The rain cover is not perfect, but will serve to keep the majority of the pack out of the direct rain.
