In my opinion, this coin is in Uncirculated condtion. It has subtle toning.

It has luster on both sides. The obverse(side with date) has a lot more luster than the reverse because of the toning.

This coin is raw and is not graded.

Mintage for this coin is 9.6 million compared to just under 20.4 million in 1953.
