installation steps: 
-Pass the rod through the two holes at the bottom of the shopping cart and fix it with clips 
-Install the two wheels on both sides of the pole 
-Raise the folding handle and fix the position 
-Fasten the load-bearing plate 
-Install the shopping bag and fasten it with velcro
