A vibrant and decorative vintage Coffee set by Empire Porcelain Co of Hanley, Staffordshire circa 1953.

Features the "Marguerite" design with a black background, multicoloured floral pattern and generous gilding.

This rare set is in fine condition with no chips or cracks. Some crazing and general wear is present and to be expected of ceramic tableware of this age, however the pot and cups appear to have been used very little, if at all.

Includes 8" coffee pot, 3" milk jug, 1.75" sugar bowl, five 2.5" coffee cups and five 4.5" saucers.
