I have owned since September 2018 and it's our third motorhome and easily the best.
Cracking 2.2 turbo engine with 5 speed box comes with fsh last serviced at 36600 mileage now 43300, oil change at 40006.Only ever two advisories which came in the last two years outer rust on exhaust that's it. Chassis has just been jet washed and waxed underneath. Both batteries have been replaced in the last 18 months.
In general the motorhome is in good condition and just had a ton of work carried out which includes the following.
30 meters of rubber seals have been replaced, new toilet water pump, fuse and new wire loom which is still to be fitted. Two new taps and associated pipes and seals these include bathroom shower mixer tap and kitchen tap. New outer door seal and gas door seal. Gas storage cabinet floor has been repaired and sealed, locker washers and clips. New toilet door handle and toilet has been resealed.
It's still needs a little bit more but things to do as you go, it's ready for summer and improve perhaps over the winter months.
Know faults to rectify, side skirt around motorhome needs a tidy up it's made of tin so easy weekend job see photos, needs a new water fill up pipe a some stage I've simply repaired with duck tape, once again a simple job part is around £30, not sure if fridge/freezer works on 12v or gas never tried only ever used via mains. Sometimes the mileage trip computer plays up but working at the moment.
Set up is rear bedroom with pull out slats it's fairly comfortable and easy to set up will include Samsung tv, middle kitchen which has the three burner gas hob and oven, sink and fridge freezer and central heating Shower room includes basin, toilet and shower. Double bed above cab, good for two kids or one adult. An ton of storage lockers and one tall one which houses the boiler. All windows come with blackout blinds, fly netting and curtains.Interior is generally in good condition but please bear in mind it's 16 years old. It also has a 3.6 meter awning which is in good condition just one tiny hole.
All books and manuals are present including all manuals for on board equipment.
Only selling due to static caravan purchase.

On 26-Apr-24 at 21:14:16 BST, seller added the following information:Lots of questions on dampness. As stated in advert I have replaced 30 meters of rubber seals, the seal on left hand side in top corner was perished and a very small leak for around six months. It's now dry and free from damp.
