SMALL ANTIQUE 8 DAY STRIKING JUNGHANS VIENNA WALL CLOCK c1890 GWO

Here is a "smaller" antique Vienna wall clock made by the renowned makers, Junghans. At just 28 inches in total length, it will not dominate a room like some of its bigger brothers, but still retains all that has made this style of clock so popular. As I hope the pictures show, the clock is in good condition throughout, retaining its finials and top crown.

The dial has the famous "star & J" logo for the Junghans clock company just below the 12 O'clock position. The case is glazed to three sides allowing sight of the pendulum as it works back and forth. It strikes the half and full hour on a coiled gong. It is complete with its original pendulum and a key, ready to go. 

A handsome antique wall clock, made by a renowned maker, still doing what it was designed to to all those years ago.
