Here is a rare 1988 Jaguar XJSC V12 car!  It has a regular convertible soft top and 2 hard top panels.  It has been owned by my family since the late 90s. It was purchased at a salvage auction and then restored by my father. It has a rebuilt salvage title.  Yes this car was in an accident and it was restored/repaired, so it is not perfect. This car runs and drives, but it does need some work.  It has been garage kept for the last 15 years.  My dad rarely drove this car.

Please not that the speedometer cluster was changed.  It reads 31,793,  but the title says 40,170.

I am selling this car for my father.  He is getting older and just does not have in him any more to maintain all his cars.  We just need to get rid of this.

The good:

Body panels and interior in good condition
It's got a V12!
Low Mileage
Rare XJSC convertible/hard top model
New Battery
Just an all around beautiful looking classic Jag

It will come with a LOT of extra parts.  My dad owned a salvage yard and he kept all these extra parts from another car.  Take what you want and leave whatever you do not want.    Here is a partial list of the extra parts that will be included:

Engine and Trans
Many Interior Parts
Extra set of T-tops
Hard top Convertible conversion (replaces soft top)
Doors
Trunk Lid
Complete Rear subframe dropout with limited slip diff, axles and brakes
Front subframe dropout
Extra set of wheels
Winshield
Gauge cluster
Many more small parts too numerous to list

The not so good:

There is rust under the car on the floor and rocker panels.
Jack point caved in
Needs brake work
Speedometer is intermittent
Passenger window does not work
Power Mirrors do not work
Exhaust leak in passenger side manifold.
Regular ware and tear blemishes in paint
Speedo cluster lense cracked
Interior ware and tear (mainly headliner and seats)

I am an ASE master certified technician of 15 years.   I did a fair amount of work of this car myself and I know what it is and what it isn't.   I just want to be as up front and honest about this car's condition as I can.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability.  Thank you for bidding!
