RETURN POLICY

Once the part is installed and it's determined that a different part is causing the issue with your appliance, you cannot return the part. The reason is that it would now be considered a used part and we wouldn't be able to resell it. We only sell new, unused parts. However, if the part is proven to be defective, we will replace it at no charge (up to 90 days). Customers should be absolutely sure they're ordering the correct part to fix the problem.
