Bought by myself at the Godzilla store in Osaka, Japan.
Size is XL in Japan. For reference, I wear L-XL in UK and the jacket fits me nicely.

Design
Traditional style Japanese Sukajan satin jacket.
Jacket is black with silver sleeves.
The back features a beautiful stitched design of the Japanese version of Godzilla, along with mountains, clouds, and a red sun/moon.
The front has 2 pockets, and a small design on each side of the breast. On the right it says "Gojira", the Japanese for Godzilla.
All designs are stitched into the fabric.
Jacket is reversible, the other side features no design, and is just plain black.
