In gently used condition overall, however I believe both of the gold buttons on the right side (when worn) have been removed - this does not impact the wearing at all, but its no longer a double breasted blazer. You can also see the stitching from the underside/inside button just slightly.

The model photo shows the double breasted version with gold buttons on both sides, however this blazer only has the buttons on one side.
