Antique Advertising Frog w/ Tray Cast Iron Figural Paperweight, Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E.) 

Full-figure advertising Paperweight with Urn shaped Tray resting on Frog's Back.

Frog is anatomical correct - male frog. 

The top rim of the frog is marked: F.O.E. and there is a number in front of the FOE but I can't quite make it out.

Bottom says DE LUX and also another word I can't quite make out.

From other listings I found it appears that it may have said on the top rim: 

F.O.E AUG 11-15 CINN. O. 1938, 

Fraternal Order of Eagles, Cincinnati, Ohio

Frog is 3" long, bowl is 3 1/8" in diameter and it stands 2" tall. 

Weight is 1 lb, 1.3 ounces
