Kitschy 1960s souvenir State of Liberty paperweight. Miss Libery is in gold tone and encased in a clear lucite pyramid with a blue base. The lucite does glow under black light (see photos). Paperweight is 3.25" tall and 2" wide at its base. It is in good vintage condition with some minor chips along the edges and scratches appropriate to the age of the item.
