30 Day Return / Refunds:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as opened DVDs, bike frames, wheels, and shipping costs.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as clothing (20% restocking fee), any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Closeout items cannot be refunded. No refunds on best offer purchases.
Exchanges:
Certain components may be exchangeable if in stock. Defective DVD or Blu-Ray discs will be replaced at no cost.
