Drive a speaker or use standard 8 ohm headphones by giving your Heathkit HW-8 a little audio boost. 

Also works with the HW-7 with a slight resistor modification.  A 200x gain option (parts included) allows this amplifier to work with direct conversion receiver projects as well.

New V5 version includes terminal block connections - no more soldering wires from your HW-8 onto the PCB!

This is KIT, some soldering experience is required . Extra parts for 200x modification and HW-8 4.7K audio improvement resistor is included.  If using for your HW-7, please contact us and we'll included the dividing resistors if we have them in stock.  Printed manuals are no longer included.  A link for a downloadable manual will be included with the kit or contact us for a copy.
