This is a new tom that does not come in the original box.  There are a few stick marks on the head from being tested but no scratches or any other signs of use.  This tom is beautiful and the tags are still on it.  The legs with it are not the original legs, the are band new, heavy duty legs that work great.  It will be bubble wrapped and packed carefully for shipping.
