Here is a Geforce GTX 550 TI graphics card sold by EVGA, which I have tested succesfully under Windows 10. NVidia released this as a their performance graphics card in 2011. EVGA calls this their "GTX 560 Ti DS Superclocked" since they added a large heatsink and dual fans, and overclocked the GPU by 9% and the memory by 5%.
This is a double-width card with two DVI-I and one mini-HDMI port on the back. There is one SLI connector on top. It uses 1GB of 256-bit GDDR5 memory. The card requires two 6-pin PCIe power connectors and draws up to 170W TDP.
I include only the card. I do not include any documentation, cables or software.
I welcome questions from interested buyers before the purchase. I do provide free USPS shipping to any U.S. zip code.
