I work really hard to make sure every customer has a great experience when they purchase an item from me and I want to be the lowest price available for all my listings. If you see an item at a lower price somewhere else, simply copy and paste the listing in a message and I will work to match the price if possible. As for shipping, I ship same day 4:00pm  West Coast time is the cut off on weekdays and 2pm West Coast time on Saturday (Yes I ship Saturday) unless the rare occurrence were I am out of town.  When you get your item, please let me know if there are ANY issues or anything I can do to make you 100 percent satisfied. When emailing, please give details/photos of what is wrong AND what you want to make it right. If you want a partial refund, please speed the process up and suggest the dollar amount of what would like to make it right. I am very quick to respond to emails. I will do my best to fix any issue that may arise  If you check my feedback, yes, I do have some negative feedback, BUT every customer was taken care of right away.
