This Womens Size "18" Leather jacket has a chest size of 44 inches. Fits like a Large to XL jacket. The jacket has a light smoke scent. I aired it out for several weeks, and treated it to remove the majority of smoke smell, but there is still a light subtle smoke scent. The jacket shows some normal past use. There is a small hole on the innermost lining. The jacket has a removable vest lining. The exterior leather has a few scuffs from past use. The zipper is a little stiff, but works properly. This jacket has cool fringe, and a rose pattern on the front and on the back. Cool Jacket. Please compare the measurements to a jacket you own to ensure fit.
