This charter, 7621, is one of the most common notes of Ohio of bank charters; well over 350 small size notes alone!
However, there are three titles to this bank:
The first title, National Bank of Commerce was only issued in large size notes.
The second title, City-National Bank of Commerce was issued in both large and small size.  However, in small size notes, these are very scarce as only 27 small size notes (less number than the large size) which are known to exist.
The third title, City National Bank & Trust Company, is very, very common (a/k/a dirt common) in circulated condition; there are a substantial number, somewhere between 275 to 325 notes.  However, notes in Uncirculated for small size notes are rare.  (See another listing of ours here on eBay for a CU note.)

This note is one of the rare 27 small size notes from the second title.  Average grade for all $10 second title notes is 19.5; this note falls almost exactly on the average Track & Price shows 12 surviving $10 notes.  For the sake of transparency, this note has light ink staining if one looks carefully.  Nevertheless, it is a respectable note for this very scarce second title.

History of sales of these $10 Title 2 notes:
$86 in F-12(Not TPGed) October of 2020
$110 in F-12(again not TPGed) February of 2022
$190 in F-25(not TPGed) in November of 2022
$150 in F-15(not TPGed in March of 2023.
This note is one of only two notes of this title in the $10 denomination to be Third Party Graded!  Further, there are only three notes of this entire series to be Third Party Graded.  In this instance, that TPG is worth a small premium.

N.B.  Sales tax may be an issue for you when purchasing.  Depending upon the state of delivery, you may have sales tax, you may have none, or you may subject to a threshold tax.  PLEASE ASK.  Ebay tells me they are prepared to give refunds for states which have no tax. even though a sales tax may be implemented at the time of sale.  This seller will always assist you.  I have the information on the sales tax applicability for each state. So please consult me.  I have been instrumental in obtaining over $10,000 in sales tax refunds for my eBay clients.  My service for this is FREE to my clients.    My personal issue: sales tax is a levy on tangible personal property.  By definition, all money is intangible, so why should it be taxed at all?  Ever!

This note has no tears nor pinholes .

P.S.:  If you are wondering why a dealer from Miami, Florida is dealing in Ohio National Currency, it is because I spend about 6 months of the year in Ohio, as well.  In Ohio, I am known as a dealer’s dealer and am consulted by other dealers and financial institutions for price guidance and as an acquisition specialist.  The point is: my prices are NOT taken out of the air.  They are carefully decided by the market and rationality.
