This Van Heusen white business or dress shirt is in Size 42 with a sleeve length of 86cm and is Full Cut.

 It has combination cuffs which can be buttoned or closed with cufflinks and is in Excellent Condition. Made from an “Easy Care” cotton polyester blend for long life and minimal care.

General

ü  I have a pet and smoke free home.

ü  I am an honest eBayer and will deal with you with integrity and I ask the same from my customers.

ü  Except where noted all items are used and will have an amount of wear and imperfections as indicated by the item condition. Anything more than this will be detailed in the description and photographed where possible.

ü  I strive to provide the best description possible; however mistakes and omissions can occur. If you notice an error in my description or can provide more or better information, I would welcome this advice.

ü  The photograph forms part of the description. I try to present these as accurately as possible.

ü  All items are genuine and authentic labels. I do not promote the selling of fake labels or “knock offs”.

ü  Except where noted accessories are shown as a suggestion for display purposes only and are not included in the sale.

ü  Feel free to ask questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability and as quickly as possible. Usually within 24 hours.

Payment

ü  Successful bidder is to make contact or payment within three days of sale.

ü  If payment is not made in the three days I will send a reminder invoice.

ü  If payment is not made by the fourth day an unpaid item case will automatically open to start the process to enable me to recover my fees and relist the item. The key to avoiding any problems is communication.

ü  I accept PayPal, Direct Deposit and Australia Post Money orders or Bank Cheques (not personal cheques). Cash on pick up is required when items are picked up.

ü  Direct Deposit is my preferred method of payment but please go through the checkout to avoid any un-necessary delays in processing your payment and please leave your user Id as a reference.

ü  Please, if you do not really want an item or don’t want to pay the going price or think the postage is too high or whatever – fair enough - don’t bid.

Postage

ü  I ship the item as soon as possible after receipt of cleared payment. This would be that day or next working day, rarely later than that. Any delay after it leaves my hands is in the fault of Australia Post - not mine.

ü  I use post prepaid satchels wherever possible and charge the actual cost of postage plus the ebay fee now imposed upon us.

ü  I am happy combine postage wherever possible on items bought on the same day. Please let me know so I may help, I will do what I can to fit the items into the relevant satchel (in terms of size as well as weight), or maybe the next size up. After all I am not here to make money for Australia Post.

ü   Please do not proceed through the checkout until you are finished shopping and await an amended invoice before payment.

ü  Items will be shipped to the registered address only.

ü  Pick up is a welcome option on most items except where noted and may be the only option for some items.

ü  On items picked up, cash on pickup is the only payment option accepted.

ü  Items of value should be insured and I strongly recommend this. Just let me know at checkout if you require this option and I will adjust the invoice.

ü  Unless otherwise noted in the listing I do not ship overseas without prior arrangement being made and bids from overseas will be cancelled.

After the Sale

ü  If you intend to pick up the item please advise me.

ü  If you require any special postal services (e.g. Express or Registered) please advise me.

ü  I will contact you to acknowledge receipt of payment and again to advise you when the item is posted and the lodgement or receipt number when applicable

ü  Please leave feedback to acknowledge receipt of the item and I will then leave feedback for you.

ü  I aim for five star service and I ask my customers to please leave five stars in the detailed seller ratings. If you have a problem or think there is room for improvement in a certain area, then please let me know how I could have improved my service.

ü  In general all sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted except if I have mistakenly misrepresented the item or sent the wrong item or some other major error on my part. That hasn’t happened yet but it could happen to any of us I guess.

ü  If any problems arise please contact me so that we can work towards a solution. Leaving negative feedback does nothing to solve a problem.

ü  Communication and mutual respect is the best way to solve any issues which may arise.

ü  Remember the object is to have a seamless transaction and a mutually positive experience.

Returns

ü  While I do strive for accuracy, mistakes could possibly occur.  This has not happened yet, but I imagine it could happen to anyone.

ü  Items must be returned as sent and with labels, tags etc intact.

ü  This policy is to correct any errors on my part. I will strive to ensure the buyer is not disadvantaged by this eventuality. It is not to provide an option for the buyer who has had second thoughts or changed his mind or who has used the item and no longer requires it.

ü  eBaying is not a full time job. I am just a bloke trying to make a bit of extra money from a hobby – like most eBay sellers.
